Delivery by agreement
Delivery availability, method and price are agreed with the customer after the WhatsApp order. Delivery is not automatically included in the order.
Displayed order total
The basket total includes only the selected products. Any delivery cost is added only after it has been agreed over WhatsApp.
Farm collection
Free collection is available at Gaberje, Kratka 4, Lendava. Please call 040 896 063 before arriving.
Returns and order problems
We do not offer voluntary returns for goods in good order beyond any rights customers have under applicable law.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, contact us as soon as possible on 040 896 063 or WhatsApp. Please agree the next steps with us before sending anything back.
